The second album of The Silkway Riders

The Road To Duchambè was my second release as The Silkway Riders, the sound is more rock, some techno experiments, a lot of genres but more defined as songs. The mistake in the city’s name (Duchambè instead of Dushanbe) is a deliberate and ironic reference to the imaginary nature of these journeys, made in my imagination to countries traveled only by music. They are imagined lands, archetypes, utterly removed from reality. I wanted to emphasize this in the name. Duchambè is my fantasy city; Dushanbe is only reality. As usual, i mixed loops (as always, cut, assemble and sew) with original recordings.
